I’m sure you’ve encountered this situation many times in life. You make plans, prepare for them, and then suddenly, out of the blue, everything falls apart. All your excitement turns into stress. Sometimes, the course of life takes an unexpected turn that you were neither prepared for nor imagined you would face. The result is inevitable: you become panicked and stressed. Life is complex, with factors beyond your control and variables you can’t predict.

In these challenging moments, you often lose your peace of mind and feel the sharp pangs of stress with every heartbeat. It’s crucial to calm your mind before taking action to handle the situation. Trust me, a calm mind always works better—100% of the time.




Here are a few techniques to help you gain instant positive energy and slow down your racing heart:

  1. Sit in a comfortable setting or lie down on a bed, and slow your breathing as much as possible.

  2. Fill your lungs to full capacity and then empty them entirely (remember—do this as slowly as possible).

  3. Go outside into nature, and if possible, walk barefoot on grass.

  4. If you can’t access nature, at least go outside.

  5. Observe your surroundings, whether it's your living room, kitchen, bedroom, or office cabin—start organizing things. Once they are organized, you’ll draw positive energy and vibes from the tidied environment.

  6. Call someone who will never judge you, no matter what.

  7. Take a shower and watch 10 minutes of your favorite movie or TV series.
